Boat & Sea Excursion Bookings
1. Booking & Confirmation
By placing a booking through our website or booking engine, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. A booking is confirmed once:
- You submit a reservation request online.
- Full payment or deposit (as required) is successfully processed.
- You receive a booking confirmation email from us.
All bookings, confirmations, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing or through the booking platform.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices shown are in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online payment methods.
- For most excursions, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to boarding or by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the specific activity and operator policies, but generally:
- If you cancel within the permitted timeframe (e.g., a certain number of days before departure), a refund or partial refund of the amount paid may be offered, minus any applicable fees.
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns may be rescheduled without penalty or refunded.
- If you cancel after the permitted cancellation window, no refund is due unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
4. Passenger Responsibility
- You must arrive at the agreed meeting point at least the time specified in your booking confirmation.
- Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers meet any age, health, or documentation requirements specific to the excursion.
5. Safety & Conduct
- The captain or crew retains full authority over vessel operation and passenger safety.
- In the interest of safety, passengers may be refused boarding if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Smoking or other restrictions onboard will be communicated by the crew.
6. Liability
We operate a secure booking platform and maintain industry-standard insurance coverage for vessels, but note that:
- You acknowledge that participation in sea excursions carries inherent risks.
- The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items during the excursion.
- Liability may be limited according to applicable Greek and international maritime law.
7. Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website and will apply to future bookings. Updates do not affect bookings already confirmed under previous terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
